Endurance training, started running 10rounds. The floor so damn slippery due to the rain :O After running, my left knee got weird weird de feeling, like going to drop off liddat, lmao. Seniors went to gym, we do our circuit. I partner with Huili, quite slack. Then Mr Rumi say the basketballers and us too noisy, so we changed place to outside Sci lab. Train for awhile more then went home.
