Training today wasn't tough.
I improved for running.
2.4 = 9 mins 24 secs :)
Happy for myself.
Then gymwork.
Some quite tough.
And then some tiny muscles training thingy, coach keep make us laugh.
Training ended and we went for water break, Qiuheng and Joey they all gossiping over FBT shorts prices.

Bought bread and clips.
Took away KFC and rushed home 'cos bro called me.
Otw home saw Angela(1-2's), Candy and Diyana.
At Civic's bridge saw Enquan they all rush like siao.
Say hello and then Daniel behind, say hello again.
The aunty infront of me thought they siao 'cos she thought they hello-ing to her :x
Ate KFC at home and watched 终极三国
